Graduate Assistant - Professional Testing Center

COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (COE) - Professional Testing Center
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
The graduate assistant (GA) will assist in the development and organization of materials to support West Chester University’s Professional Testing Center (PTC). 
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing information and support to examinees, staff, and faculty
  • Examinee scheduling, registration and admission
  • Research and planning
  • Test administration and examinee exit
  • Data input and analysis. 
  • Additional ad hoc projects as needed for Professional Testing Center and College of Education and Social Work Dean’s Office
The assistantship position requires an individual with excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and creativity. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential in the University environment. Attention to detail is imperative. Reliability and willingness to take initiative are necessary.  Knowledge of Pennsylvania educator preparation programs is desirable, but not required. Candidate schedule will be flexible based on testing center coverage.
